Business Membership Plans:
1. Full Membership (Vice-Chairman)
- Profit Share: Receive 25% of profits from the entire business.
- Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline, no criminal record or convictions, enthusiastic about social development activities.
- Role: Participate in strategic decision-making and oversee operations at the institutional level.
- One-time Payment: $8000/-
2. Department Membership (Director)
- Profit Share: Receive 50% of profits generated by a specific department.
- Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline, no criminal record or convictions, passion for social development.
- Role: Directly manage departmental strategies and operations, ensuring growth within the assigned department.
- One-time Payment: $4000/-
3. Department Membership (Assistant Director)
- Profit Share: Receive 25% of profits generated by a specific department.
- Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline, no criminal record or convictions, interest in social development.
- Role: Assist the Director in departmental tasks, contributing to targeted growth and operational success.
- One-time Payment: $2000/-
Monthly Profit Sharing & Investment:
Shareholders will receive their profit share monthly, calculated based on the business’s net profits. For a continued return, shareholders may choose to reinvest a portion of their profits back into Edutec Institute, increasing their future profit share and contributing to the long-term growth of the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- No criminal records or past convictions.
- Eager to participate in social development activities and contribute meaningfully to the community.
Contract & Operation Roles:
Each membership level requires a commitment through a formal contract, specifying profit share, roles, and responsibilities. Shareholders will collaborate with Edutec Institute’s leadership to drive growth and align operations with strategic goals. Contracts are renewable in each 12 years based on performance and mutual agreement.

- Prepare Documents – Collect and organize the following documents:
- Recent full CV.
- Letter of interest with correct address, contact information.
- Attestation of the Letter of interest from the local authorities (e.g., Local Government Chief such as Chairman).
- Recent Police clearance certificate.
- Valid NID or Passport.
- Submission Format – Convert all documents to PDF, naming them appropriately. Place all files in a folder with your phone number as the folder name and compress the folder into a ZIP file. Ensure the file size does not exceed 5 MB.
